Delivery methods and fees
CHANITA is committed to delivering the product within a maximum of 30 days from the validation of the order and can offer you different delivery methods.
Delivery date
The delivery date of the products may vary depending on the selected delivery method.
If your order contains several products with different delivery times, the delivery time of your order will be the longest delivery time.
Late delivery
In case of delay in delivery, CHANITA will inform you.
You can also let us know in case of the delay by contacting our Customer Service (support@chanita.fr) or via contact form.
CHANITA will take the necessary steps to determine the cause of the delay and to find an adequate solution for the effective delivery of the ordered products as soon as possible.
The customer has the option to cancel his order if the delivery has not occurred within 7 working days for shipments in France or 10 working days for international shipments.
