The love for culinary delights has been a lifelong companion, nurtured between Thailand and France, both celebrated for their exceptional cuisines This led to the creation of my blog, “gourmande dans la cuisine” where I share not only my Thai recipes but also culinary delights from Japan, India, Italy, Vietnam, France, and beyond.



I aim is to bring you healthy and delicious dishes, favoring local ingredients whenever possible. My cuisine is diverse, encompassing meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, particularly appreciated by my son, husband, in-laws, friends, and guests. A flavourful journey meant to be shared without limits!
